Hey guys, right off the bat let's point out that Trent Brown as usual is end game. So if you can put him at RT then you won't need to worry about another card till the game is over. Which given the way the content has been rolling out might just be for another week.

Whitworth is always a block of concrete that just will not be moved. That's great for pass pro but if you want a little mobility from your tackle I'd look at Boselli considering he's free.

So I came back from leave and I went to work yesterday. But my schedule wasn’t like back up or anything and they told me to contact HR or ERC. I decided to stay home and do it. Should I have gone back to work even thought I can’t clock in?

Not sure how all of these larger institutions are able to have such a consistent high influx of positive reviews… many seem like they leverage bots. TIA!

2022.01.25 17:54 breeb0t Different sex drives, possibly something else

I hope this is okay to post - -
I'm dating someone that is somewhat new to relationships and sex. I'm 30 female and he's 23.
He had one girlfriend before me and was with her for a little over a year. Maybe two, not sure. They broke up in early October 2021 and we started dating in November sometime. I know he thought she was his soul mate. When I've talked to him about it he told me they fought too much for that to be true.
I've had some issues with getting him to be a little aggressive with me or just like being the alpha in the bedroom. We've made out a few times in the car and outside of the car and he would always stop me before petting ocurred.
Since November we have had sex once and oral a few times. He says to me that sex isn't that important to him and other things are (such as quality time). I thought maybe he just didn't have a sexual awakening, which I thought was weird for his age. I also thought maybe he was shy but I'm not sure if that's the case.
This past weekend we stayed in a hotel and didn't have sex (again). I got an outfit and he mostly just stared at me and then asked me to rub his thigh. I did that for a while and he was aroused but he didn't touch me at all. It's super frustrating. He eventually touched my chest (I practically had to force him) and there was oral (me giving) and he didn't mind if I facesat but he wouldn't touch my lady part. We kind of argued about the sex thing and he said he wanted to wait for Valentines so it would be special. We would "make love" instead of it just be going at it, just to go at it. What?!
Trying not to feel rejected here.
A few other things...
I think he likes being dominated.
He grew up in a somewhat Christian household and I thought maybe it was a religious thing, not wanting to have sex for pleasure.
He says his ex didn't really want to have sex often and he did try initiating but was rejected from her. Not sure if that might anything to do with it.
He thinks that I have a really high sex drive cause "I'm a woman in my 30s". I told him I don't think it's normal for him to have such a low one.
When we first started dating he told me he never wanted to make me feel like he was pressuring me.
He told me his ex thought he was gay. Which I don't pick up on at all but this situation does have me wondering.
I don't know - Maybe I stink? I'm not sure if I should just move on or try something else. Help please.

Kum y Go

2022.01.25 17:54 happy--camper Speaker/mic/vid options for huddle rooms

I have several spaces that might be 4-6 people comfortably. Too small for my usual CAM520/MXA310 setup. Anyone have recommendations for something this size? Aver VB130?
They're going to be running as Zoom Room primarily.
Thanks in advance!

2022.01.25 17:54 Janitalia Why are people happy about this?

I think we need to have a serious conversation about loot in this game. I play a lot of loot based games and they all kind of do their own thing, but one thing that is consistent in all of them is CHASE. What are the chase items in this game now? You may be thinking, the dungeons have BIS chase items Janitalia what do you mean. I will explain.
I love crafting in this game, I pretty much delete my currency daily. It feels bad when you get 15 bad purple items in a row but oh man when you hit that nutty gold it feels great. Crafting weapons and some jewelry is completely dead with this patch. Why would anyone ever buy a good(not BIS) weapon off trade when they can just spend some time doing dungeons and they never have to get a replacement. I like that they increased drop rates because let's face it they were abysmal but it is way too easy to get a BIS dungeon item now. This change that everyone was so excited about where you can spend some umbral shards to upgrade your purples to legendary will murder the crafter economy. Who is going to bother crafting life staffs? What happens to life staff materials? This will have a domino effect on the game. It seems exciting now guys, but seriously think of how much damage this is going to do to the game. Hammers/Bows/Str rings/Life staff/Nearly everything has a BIS dungeon drop.
I don't want this game to die, I actually like playing it a lot, but I can't see the game being healthy a week/month into this patch.
I am interested in everyone's thoughts, are you okay with them blasting the economy like this? Do you think crafting will be sustainable? Are you okay that there is nothing to really chase now other than some BIS armor set ups for PVP?
